		<description>I think you have touched on a great subject. I have visited Ethiopia several times. It is a beautiful country. I too don&#039;t understand why there are more pro-active projects rather than those that garner great media attention. The water infrastructure is a problem. I have see programs that provide wells - I think we/they need more. I have seen the agencies giving out corn or emergency foods, but why not more sustainable agriculture projects that take into account culture preferences and needs? If someone really wants to help, it seems we do more when we share information that will enable people be become less dependent on foreign aide rather than more. Just my two or three cents.</description>
